RECEIVING
CANDIDATES BY E-MAIL!
- Our
service is much more ideally suited for e-mail than fax.
With e-mail, you can view candidates on-line, print out
the ones you’re interested in, and trash the others electronically.
This is a tremendous paper saver.
- If
you would like to receive candidates by e-mail instead of
fax and you run Windows 95 or Windows 98, please print out
this page, indicate so below, and fax this page back to
us at (800) 357-8684.

PROFILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING INTO CANDIDATE INFORMATION
TRACKING SYSTEMS!
We
are now making profiles available in an Excel format (in addition
to our current formats). This will allow our information to
be downloaded into candidate tracking programs, which more and
more of our clients are starting to use. This format is only
available by email. In addition to the current email file that
a client receives, you will be able to receive the Excel format
in a separate email message. Your information systems department
will then be able to assist you with the downloading process.
A key will be available in each email message. We know that
clients that use applicant tracking programs will greatly appreciate
this upgrade. If you would like to receive the Excel format
(you will receive regular profiles and the downloadable format),

HOW
TO PRINT INDIVIDUAL PROFILES SENT BY E-MAIL!
Profiles
sent by e-mail come as a single attachment with page breaks.
Some of our clients do not realize that they can view and
print out only those candidates that they are interested in.
To do so, press down on the Ctrl key on your keyboard. While
holding it down, press the P key. This will cause a "Print"
window to appear. It then gives you the choice to print "all"
(the entire attachment), the current page only, or specific
pages. This way, you can either print out all the profiles,
or just the ones that you’re specifically interested in.
